Which group are you in???

There seems to be two groups in America today:

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - To cries of "Thank you, Jesus!"
and catcalls of "What took you so long?," a National
Guard convoy packed with food, water and medicine
rolled through axle-deep floodwaters Friday into what
remained of New Orleans and descended into a maelstrom
of fires and floating corpses.

"All scholars shall live religious, godly, and blameless lives according

Blog Dinosaur

Howdy was recently walking through the jungle
& found a huge dead dinosaur with a UNC student
standing beside it. Amazed, Howdy asked: "Did you
kill that?". The UNC student said "Yes."

Howdy asked "How could a little guy like you kill
a huge beast like that?"

Said the student: "I killed it with my club."

Howdy, astonished, asked: "How big is your club?"

The UNC student replied: "There's about 60 of us."

Blog Chase

Two UNC students were speeding down the highway at well over 98 mph.
"Hey," asked the student at the wheel "Any cops following us?"
The other turned around and had a long look at the road behind them.
"Yeah, looks like it"
"Are his flashers on?"
The second turned around again...... Lemme see....

UNC History Review

Lesson 1. Ancient Egypt was inhabited by mummies and they
all wrote in hydraulics. They lived in the Sarah Dessert. The
climate of the Sarah is such that all the inhabitants have to
live elsewhere.

2. Moses led the Hebrew slaves to the Red Sea where they
made unleavened bread, which is bread made without any
ingredients. Moses went up on Mount Cyanide to get the
ten commandments. He died before he ever reached Canada.

3. Solomon had three hundred wives and seven hundred

4. The Greeks were a highly sculptured people, and without
them we wouldn't have history. The Greeks also had myths.
A myth is a female moth.

5. Socrates was a famous Greek teacher who went around
giving people advice. They killed him. Socrates died from
an overdose of wedlock. After his death, his career
suffered a dramatic decline.

6. In the Olympic games, Greeks ran races, jumped, hurled
biscuits, and threw the java.

7. Julius Caesar extinguished himself on the battlefields
of Gaul. The Ides of March murdered him because they
thought he was going to be made king. Dying, he gasped
out: "Tee hee, Brutus."

8. Joan of Arc was burnt to a steak and was canonized by
Bernard Shaw.

Hey David,

It was early morning at an Army camp and the first sergeant
who was a recent UNC grad was calling out names for the daily
work parties listed on a piece of paper:

"Seeback"..........." --
"Seeback!".........." --
"SEEBACK!!"........." --

At that point, someone whispered into the first sergeant's ear.
He looked again at what the last name really said, quickly
turned over the list and continued calling the names printed
on the other side.

Thinking, Speaking & Visualizing

While it is true that our thoughts influence us in many ways, it is
not true that "thinking," "speaking," and "visualizing" contain the
virtually unlimited power attributed to them; nor are they biblical
methods for "releasing God's power." Mind-manipulating techniques
for solving human problems and creating health and wealth have
always been part of the occult. FROM!!!

Trust in yourself and you are doomed to disappointment;
trust in money and you may have it taken from you;
but trust in God, and you are never to be confounded in
time or eternity. - D.L. Moody

Capitol Rotunda

Our Founding Fathers wanted future generations to acknowledge
the hand of God in the founding of our nation. Therefore, even
the Capitol Building is a witness of this. Its mighty Rotunda,
the center of the Capitol, features a dramatic oil painting that
impresses upon visitors the direct intervention of God from the
earliest days of our history. The painting portrays the landing
of Columbus in the Western World in 1492. Columbus' eyes
are cast toward heaven in thanks and praise as others around
him kneel in gratitude to God. This painting depicts the gratitude
Columbus felt in the fulfillment of what he believed was his
God-given calling. "It was the Lord who put into my mind
(I could feel His hand upon me) the fact that it would be possible
to sail from here to the Indies." Those who commissioned this
painting knew what we have known all along, that God in His
grace and wisdom guided those who first came to these shores.

Blog Sheriff

A sheriff walks into a saloon and shouts for everyone's attention.
"Has anyone seen Brown Paper Jake?"

"What's he look like?", asks one shoddy-looking cowboy.

"Well", replies the Sheriff. "He wears a brown paper hat, a brown paper
waistcoat, a brown paper shirt, brown paper boots, brown paper pants,
and a brown paper jacket."

"So what's he wanted for?", asks the same cowboy.

Verse of the Day

* * * Four important things to KNOW: #1) For ALL (Americans, Muslims, Jews, Catholics, Hindus, Buddhist, Asians, Presbyterians, Europeans, Baptist, Brazilians, Mormons, Methodist, French, etc.) have sinned & fall short of the glory of God. #2) For the wages of above (see #1) are DEATH (Hell, eternal separation from God, & damnation) but the Gift (free & at no charge to you) of God (Creator, Jehovah, & Trinity) is Eternal Life (Heaven) through (in union with) Jesus Christ (God, Lord, 2nd Person of The Trinity, Messiah, Prince of Peace & Savior of the World). #3) For God so greatly loved & dearly prized the world (Americans, Muslims, Jews, Catholics, Hindus, Buddhist, Asians, Presbyterians, Europeans, Baptist, Brazilians, Mormons, Methodist, French, etc.) that He even gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, that whosoever (anyone, anywhere, anytime - while still living) believes (trust in, relies on, clings to, depends completely on) Him shall have eternal (everlasting) life (heaven). #4) Jesus said: "I am THE WAY, THE TRUTH, & THE LIFE. No one (male/female - American, Muslim, Jew, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist, Asian, Presbyterian, European, Baptist, Brazilian, Mormons, Methodist, French, etc. ) comes (arrives) to the Father (with GOD in Heaven) EXCEPT BY (through) ME (no other name). *** This wonderful loving GOD gives you the choice - - - (Rev. 3:20) {Please note that church membership, baptism, doing good things, etc. are not requirements for becoming a Christian - however they are great afterwards!!!} *** Jesus said, "Wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction (Hell, damnation, eternal punishment), and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life (Heaven, eternal happiness, forever with God), and only a few find it.

D I S C L A I M E R If someone should ask if it's legal to download songs
found on various non-commercial sites, such as this one.

Well, I'm neither a lawyer nor a technician,
and I've begun to wonder if it was legal for
us to tape music off the radio back when
tape recorders first came into being.

And were we committing a crime when we recorded
a movie shown on TV with our VCRs? And was it
really legal to buy a dual-deck recorder for the
express purpose of duplicating cassettes?

My answer to all of the above is, "I don't know."

Nonetheless, here is a formal statement in
some kind of legalize that appears to apply
to this kind of file availability:

The songs on this site are copyrighted by their respective artists and are placed here
